Red prune crumble

We are still working at home so cooking or taking pictures of our dishes has become pretty difficult, but hope to be back in full action within a couple of weeks.
But of course we still have to eat and are still craving for sweets but I can not afford to spend so much time. Therefore I made a red prune crumble. The prunes are so tasty at the moment and have this lovely red colour.
While making this red prune crumble you could make some extra crumble to make this banana breakfast crumble, I've prepared a few weeks ago.

Red prune crumble
4 servings
100gr (4 tbsp) butter, in little squares
60gr (5 tbsp) sugar
120gr (1 cup) flour

6 red prunes, sliced

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356 F)
2. Place butter and sugar in a bowl and start kneading with your hands
3. Add flour to butter mixture, keep kneading until it turns into little lumps
4. Divide sliced prunes over 4 small oven dishes and cover top with little lumps of flour mixture; place dishes in oven during 20 to 25min or until golden brown.
Once ready, remove from oven and serve warm so that the crumble stays nice and crunchy and the fruit is still warm.

It seems I need to wait one more month for harvest. Here Silicon valley, it was once orchid farms all over before it became high-technology district. Love your simple recipe. I can not wait baking one, using yours.
